FAQ
Where did Wild Wolf come from?
Back in 2020, our Founder Tim began one day writing poetry which helped him heal his own past traumas. At the time he started sharing his work anonymously on Instagram as @the_wildwolf which to his surprise grew a following of up to 5000 followers at the time. Tim then took a sabbatical from his career in finance to spend up to 8 to 10 hours a day supporting other poets online expressing and working through their own emotions. From this unique beginning, Wild Wolf Wellbeing was born in 2022.
Do you have your own premises?
Our main den is our own dedicated room within the Natural Health Clinic in St Martins. As well as this space we have areas at Men's shed and Edible Guernsey available to us if needed and better suited for a client.
Can I claim on my health insurance?
Sonia Mills, is member of BACP and is a fully qualified psychotherapist. If you have health insurance please let us know when you are booking as we will make sure your appointment is with Sonia who is approved by AXA Health Insurance and other main providers.
Do I need therapy or coaching?
Our coaches are their to support our clients to move forward and are trained to have a conversation to coach you through life issues and help you heal. However, they are not therapists and this is why we have psychotherapy within the business to help those clients that need to go even deeper into issues and traumas in their life.
Nothing works for me, why will yours?
Our team have a number of different types of tools to be able to explore with you to see which works for you. We are a person centered wellbeing business, which means we ask you what you would like to have happen and do our best to hold the space for you to get to where you want to be. We don't make you fit within a therapy, we design the therapy to fit you.
I need help, but can't afford it?
We are there to help you, and are always looking out for ways to find funding to support those that would like to have a good conversation and heal with our approach. For some people we can find certain charities that might be able to support you, or set up a payment plan to spread out the cost for you. Request your discovery call and let us know your situation so we can try to help you.
