MEsSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Welcome! You don’t need fixing. You need a way forward. I know because I’ve walked that road myself. That’s why I am here to help you…
This isn’t just a business. This is my life’s work.
I know what it feels like to have everything seem fine on the outside, while inside, it’s a different story. To feel like you’re carrying it all alone, trying to be strong, trying to push through – until the weight of it all starts breaking you.
I’ve been there. That’s why I built Wild Wolf Wellbeing – because I know what it’s like when nothing else works. When the advice feels empty. When the checklists don’t make sense. When you just need someone to see you, hear you, and help you find your way forward.
I don’t believe in long-term dependency. I don’t believe in dragging things out. I believe in giving you the tools, the understanding, and the space to take control of your life – so that one day, you won’t need me, but maybe you’ll support someone else.

I don’t have all the answers. But I do have real conversations, deep honesty, and the commitment to help you find your way back to yourself.
If that’s what you need, let’s talk.

Mental Health Human Support that meets You Exactly Where You Are
WE are all humans – that is the label we begin and end with!
The system wasn’t built for everyone. If you’ve tried everything else and still feel unseen, unheard, or misunderstood – this space is for you. No checklists. No labels. Just real conversations, deep empathy, and tools that work. I don’t want to be the centre of your life – I want to be the exception you needed to find your way back to it. Have your say in defining mental health support in Guernsey, your feedback will be heard.
My approach isn’t therapy. It’s not about sitting in a room talking in circles or rehashing the past. It’s about real movement – physically, mentally, and emotionally. I help men, women, and children break through the noise, rediscover themselves, and build resilience, confidence, and clarity.
Because no one deserves to feel lost forever.
Let poetry, love, and nature guide us.

How This Works
I offer a different kind of mental health support – a mix of mentorship, embodiment coaching, and real human connection. There’s no rigid structure, just an honest, personalised approach that meets you exactly where you are. Whether it’s through deep conversation, breathwork, movement, or creative exploration, we’ll find what actually works for you.
Men’s Support: Helping men step into strength, presence, and emotional resilience.
Women’s Support: Holding space for women who want a male perspective in a safe, supportive way.
Children’s Mentorship: Confidence-building guidance for kids navigating big emotions.
I see you for just who you are – my work is human-centered and neuro-affirming. Where we meet depends on you. My sessions take place out in nature, in my floating cabin at Beaucette Marina, on the road in my campervan den, or online. You choose the space where you feel most at ease.
OUR APPROACH
Wild Wolf Wellbeing meets you where you are—whether that’s in stillness, movement, or somewhere in between. This isn’t about ticking boxes or following a formula. It’s about real conversations, real shifts, and a real way forward.
Through mentorship, breathwork, movement, and storytelling, we help you cut through the noise and reconnect with what truly matters. No labels. No fluff. Just the space to move, breathe, and step into something deeper.
Let’s figure it out together.

Education, Support, and Community For Givers
Through Empowered by Wild Wolf, I also help coaches, wellbeing professionals, and changemakers sustain their work without burning out. The Human Collaborative, festival work, and education initiatives all exist to make sure the ones who hold space for others also have support themselves.
Because thriving shouldn’t come with a price tag that breaks you. I believe in making help accessible without making people dependent on it – so that one day, you can do the same for someone else.
