our story
Wild Wolf Wellbeing emerged not as a business venture, but as a heartfelt response to a pressing need for mental health support in Guernsey – a journey from personal struggle to a mission of redefining mental health support. Born from experience, forged through challenges, and built with the belief that real change happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start truly understanding who we are. Our transformative approach has garnered attention from BBC, ITV News, Yahoo Life, and more, underscoring the tangible impact we’ve made in the community, this work stands as proof that when we create the right spaces, people don’t just survive – they make major breakthroughs and take back control of their life.

About Timothy J. Rowe
Founder / Director
The Man Behind Wild Wolf Wellbeing
Timothy J. Rowe never set out to do this work. He was too busy surviving. Too busy holding it all together. Too busy trying to make sense of a world that never quite fit.
But something cracked. And when it did, he let the walls fall. Driven by a profound personal awakening, Timothy made the courageous decision to sell his home and depart from a successful corporate career, embarking on a quest for authentic human connection and understanding. He threw himself into a search for something real – something that made sense beyond the noise, beyond the expectations, beyond the way men are told to live.
He travelled. He studied. He sat in the fire of his own discomfort, unlearning everything that wasn’t true and stepping into what was. And somewhere along the way, people started finding him.
Not because he had the perfect answers. Not because he had it all figured out. But because he understood the weight of it all; and he knew how to shift it.
The Work He Does Now
Timothy built Wild Wolf Wellbeing to be more than a service – it’s a way back to yourself. Through real mentorship, embodiment coaching, poetry, and lived experience, he helps men, children, and women seeking a male perspective to cut through the static and step into something deeper.
He doesn’t do surface-level. He doesn’t do quick fixes. And he sure as hell doesn’t just do hand-holding. What he does is guide people back to themselves – through movement, breath, raw, unfiltered conversation, and the power of words. The establishment of a tried and tested alternative mental health support in Guernsey, as well as globally through Empowered by Wild Wolf.
He works with those who are ready. Ready to stop carrying it alone. Ready to get out of their heads. Ready to move.
Supporting Men, Children, and Women Looking for a Different Perspective
Timothy is known for his work with men – those who are seeking clarity, resilience, and a way to lead their lives with presence. But his work extends beyond men alone.
Supporting Children – His coaching helps children build confidence, navigate emotions, and step into their own strength through movement, play, and breathwork.
Holding Space for Women – Women seek out Timothy’s grounded perspective on masculinity and femininity – a male presence who listens, seeks to understand, and helps them reclaim trust in themselves and their relationships.
We are committed to a neuroaffirming approach, embracing neurodiversity and tailoring our support to honor each individual’s unique experiences and strengths. Supporting those who experience the world differently, whether through neurodivergence, trauma, or sensitivity to their environment. His approach is not about “fixing” but about meeting people where they are and helping them thrive on their own terms.
His work isn’t about fixing anyone. It’s about helping them find what’s already there.
A Life Lived on the Edge
Timothy isn’t the kind of man who talks about life from the sidelines. He’s lived it. Pushed every boundary. Walked into every storm.
He was one of six international speakers for International Men’s Day 2024 at The Applied Neuroscience Association Forum speaking on the raw reality of men’s mental health.
He founded and along with the Empowered by Wild Wolf team launched The Revelations of Love Festival in just 21 days, running 58 sessions to counteract suicide and redefine connection.
Timothy has spent 12+ years coaching football, blending his research of breathwork, improvisation, and embodiment into the way young minds learn to lead. If you watch a session you will see how the children now are self facilitating in the sessions.
He’s trained with some of the best in the world, currently a mentee of Mark Walsh (Mr Embodiment himself) and work with his team as a teaching assistant on Embodiment Unlimited’s six-month flagship CEC coaching certification, as well as was one of the guest hosts of the 2025 Embodiment Coaching Festival.
He’s also personally hosted over 170+ hours of mentoring and peer-group sessions in 2024 alone, helping other coaches and mentors grow their own practice. His deeper level of vulnerability and emotional self allows for great feedback for practicing coaches.
He’s been featured on ITV News, Yahoo Life, BBC Radio, and every other major local media outlet not because he sought attention, but because the work speaks for itself.
What Drives Him
At the heart of everything he does is a simple philosophy:
Let Poetry, Love, and Nature Guide Us.
These aren’t just words – they’re a way of life. A way of listening. A way of meeting the world without force, but with presence. Poetry brings understanding. Love brings connection. Nature brings grounding. Together, they shape everything Timothy teaches, mentors, and embodies.
He’s seen what happens when people are truly met—when they stop explaining, stop performing, and just arrive. He’s seen how breath, movement, poetry, and raw human connection can shift a life in ways words never could.
And that’s why he does this work.
The Power of Poetry, Language, and Metaphor in Healing
For Timothy, poetry is more than words on a page – it’s a way in. A way through. A way home.
Since 2020, he has used poetry as a tool for healing, guiding people to find the words for what their body already knows. His work explores the intersection of writing, Clean Language, and metaphorical landscapes, helping people access their own internal wisdom in a way that feels safe, organic, and deeply transformative.
Through The Revelations of Love Festival, Conversations With Wolves Publishing, and his ongoing poetry group (running for over 14 months to explore poetry as a healing tool), Timothy has helped create spaces where people can turn emotion into expression, pain into poetry, and silence into something deeply understood.
Empowered by Wild Wolf – A Platform for Collaboration & Growth
Timothy founded Empowered by Wild Wolf as a platform for changemakers, givers, and visionaries to do more of what they do best – without burning out or breaking the bank. It’s about collaboration over competition, sustainability over quick wins, and impact over empty words.
Empowered by Wild Wolf operates as a collaborative space, creative agency, and project incubator, providing the tools and support to launch, sustain, and scale meaningful solutions, for mental health support in Guernsey and globally, that is sustainable.
Through this, Timothy and his team offer:

Design & Business Growth Support – Affordable branding, web development, and storytelling that helps heart-led professionals bring their work to life.
Mentorship & Practice Spaces – Open sessions for peer mentorship, skill-building, and professional development in coaching, facilitation, and leadership.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building something real – together
Where You’ll Find Him
These days, you’ll find him where he’s always been – at the edges of things. Pushing boundaries. Living in a wooden cabin floating on the sea in Guernsey, walking barefoot on the land, or traveling to places unknown with nothing but a one-way ticket.
You’ll find him in the deep work. In the quiet moments. In the space between what’s been and what’s next.
And if you’re ready – you’ll find him here, waiting.
He is waiting to hear from you.

Jeffrey Faris
Clinical Supervisor/Consultant
HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and a UK Registered Psychotherapist. Clinical Supervisor accredited with the UK Association for Family Therapy.
Throughout my academic career at The Family Institute (Barnardos 1988 to 2001 and University of South Wales 2001 to 2019), I served as a consultant, validation board panellist, and external examiner. I have extensive experience in the design of psychotherapy, counselling, and clinical psychology course development. Additionally, I have consulted to numerous colleagues developing such programmes within their own professional settings.
My special interest in leadership, group processes, and trans-cultural exchanges has taken me on unexpected journeys. I hold a qualification in Hostile Environment Close Protection and have front line experience as Close Protection Team Leader as well as delivery of training in security operations. Over a period of 11 years, I taught survival skills to Humanitarian Aid workers and NGO personnel who operate in hostile environments.
Cultivating resilience and personal preparedness for operating in environments that present risk, threat, and uncertainty is challenging in environments such as natural disaster areas, war zones, and remote wilderness. This is never a done deal. The knowledge, skills, and principles for such preparedness require continuing reflection on self-awareness, work on group or team processes, and understanding of the wider environment.
However, everyday life experiences in many cases can seem far more terrifying and challenging than the scenarios outlined above. I am clear that this should never be dismissed or underestimated. Therefore, I have a lifelong interest in transferring skills that are proven within the field of survival psychology across contexts such as psychotherapy, counselling, life coaching, organizational, team, and personal development.
